Gerard B. Schneller

 

Gerard B. Schneller was born the youngest of eight children on November 11, 1964 , in St. Louis , MO. He attended Marquette University in Milwaukee , WI , graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He then attended St. Louis University School of Law where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team, and graduated cum laude and awarded the honor of Order of the Woolsack. He was admitted to the bar of the State of Missouri in 1990, and the State of Illinois in 1991. He worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois from 1991 to 1995, working out of East St. Louis, IL.

Since 1995, he has worked exclusively in handling the claims of injured workers and others suffering personal injury.

He practices in the areas of FELA; Railroad Accidents and Injuries; Maritime/Jones Act; and Personal Injury. He has handled cases in 15 states around the country. He is a member of various legal organizations, including the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis ; Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association; Missouri Bar Association; and Illinois State Bar Association.

Gerry resides in St. Louis , MO with his wife, Coleen, and children, Danny, Mary Grace and Abigail.
