Eric Holland Selected to Leadership for Oil Spill Class Action

HGSS founding partner was recently named as one of the leaders of the class action litigation pending against Enbridge and related entities in connection with the leak of crude oil into the Kalamazoo River. Holland, along with others, was appointed to the Executive Committee for the consolidated class actions now pending in the Western District of Michigan. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants allowed a catastrophic release of tar sands crude oil into the river, contaminating properties throughout mid-Michigan.
