Eric Holland Appointed by Court to Leadership in JPMorgan Chase Bank Litigation

Federal Judge Richard Stearns in Boston has appointed a leadership structure to lead a consolidated group of class actions against JPMorgan Chase Bank arising out of mortgage modifications, including the appointment of HGSS partner Eric Holland to the Executive Committee. Holland’s appointment follows his prosecution of one of the earliest cases in the country against JPMorgan Chase in the Central District of California, Turbeville, et. al., vs. Chase Bank, N.A., et. al. as well as his filing of the original motion for consolidation with the Judicial Panel on Multi District Litigation earlier this year.
