Holland Groves Schneller & Stolze was recently appointed Liaison Counsel by the Honorable Audrey G. Fleissig, United States District Court Judge, Eastern District of Missouri, for the K-V Pharmaceutical Securities Litigation. The litigation arises from allegations of fraud in violation of the Securities and Exchange Act in connection with the defendants’ maternity injection drug Makena.
